I’ve worked over 26 years in NY, NJ, DC and GA with adults and children in a variety of settings as a Registered Nurse. My experience along the continuum of our healthcare system includes: doctors’ offices, hospitals, discharge and transition nurse, visiting/home care nurse, rehabilitation/nursing facilities and with large insurance companies. As my experience grew (professionally and personally) I realized the patient and caregiver need for a partner who understands the healthcare system. Hence I became a certified nurse care manager.

Watching patients revolve in & out of the hospitals, led to my interest in root-cause solution for chronic conditions (vs. symptom management). I’ve completed multiple nutritional-based trainings, using a wholistic approach to manage chronic conditions and encourage a nurturing lifestyle.

I decided to seek certification and accreditation as a Certified Life coach and Neuro-Linguistic Program Coach to support tapping in to our full potential and healthy management of our challenges.
