Dawn
I am a registered nurse for more than 28 years, certified care manager, certified life coach and functional nutrition practitioner. Most important I was the caregiver for my Mom and now my aunt.
Having worked in multiple areas of nursing and care management (hospitals, communities, offices, insurance companies…), assisting caregivers and patients with life transitions and chronic disease management has helped me to develop a wholistic approach to help caregivers and their loved-ones.
The patient and caregiver struggle is real and persistent. So I created a quick yet thorough & affordable process to get to a better place.
