Knowledge & Resources

The lack of knowledge & resources, is one of the biggest pain points for caregivers.

Like one day we wake up and realize, “I’m a caregiver”!
Or maybe the opposite. Over time, your new role slowly starts to seep in.

Either way, where’s the prep? It’s not a role we often foresee ourselves taking on despite...

There are only four kinds of people in the world
those who have been caregivers,
those who are caregivers,
those who will be caregivers
and those who will need caregivers.
- Rosalynn Carter

That being said we will likely be exposed to caregiving, one way or another.
This is why I highly encourage Caregiver Knowledge.

Back to prep/Knowledge...

Before is better than during
During is better than none at all
Multiple resources: Multiple places
What do you do with that information?

Solution: Nurturing Lifestyle:

  • Relevant information in one place

  • What to do with that information

  • Developing an eye for red flags

  • Having an idea how to manage them

  • And a supportive community along the way

There’s soooo much more information I want to share, to help you along your caregiver journey.
In all honesty, because of the volume, it’s hard to know what to post and when.
I will try to share in a way that connects information so that it’s practical and relevant for you.
